Social Customer Service

So, the first time my son used his new Dunlop golf clubs, the 3 wood head flies off into the driving range.  Only customer service information on Dunlop site is a P.O. Box in the U.K.  Posted a question on Dunlop's Facebook page.  Their response (I think it was 8 days later) take it back to where you bought it (out of state).  That was their last response to multiple requests for help.

Social Media Demographics

One issue I have with many infographics is the lack of a conclusion.  What am I as the reader supposed to think after consuming this information.

This one, for example, says to me "social media sites have broad demographic appeal."

Would be helpful if it included a comparison to US population in total.
